By accessing or using the Armed Wheels website (www.armedwheels.com) (the "Site"), you agree to:

  • Comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms");

  • Acknowledge that message and data rates may apply for any SMS/text messages, depending on your mobile carrier.

  • All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and do not include applicable taxes, shipping fees, or duties.

  • Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance. All orders are subject to product availability and our confirmation.

  • We accept the following payment methods: MasterCard, Visa, AMEX, and Interac E-Transfer.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock limitations.

 

6. Shipping & Returns

  • Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are dependent on the shipping destination and carrier selected.

  • All returns or exchanges are subject to our separate Return Policy.

  • The risk of loss and title for all products purchased passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

 

7. Communications & Marketing

  • Consent: By providing your email address or phone number, you consent to receive marketing and promotional messages from us.

  • Frequency: Message frequency will vary based on our promotions and announcements.

  • Opt-Out: You may unsubscribe from email marketing at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link in the email. To opt-out of SMS/text messages, reply STOP to any message. For help, reply HELP.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Alberta.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Site without notice if we believe you have violated these Terms or any applicable law.
